Regulatory Review Committee
This Committee is no longer active and no longer holds meetings. The Regulatory Review Committee was advisory to the Planning Commission and Board of County Commissioners on suggested revisions to the EL Paso County Land Development Code which contains Zoning and Subdivision Regulations governing the unincorporated area of the County.
Members of this Committee were appointed by the Board of County Commissioners. Some terms (those representing various County departments/ entities) were indefinite; others (representing various interest groups and citizens at large) had a three-year duration. Terms usually expired in May and vacancies were advertised in the Gazette. The Regulatory Review Committee was governed by adopted Bylaws, Resolution No. 96-57, General-24, adopted by the Board of County Commissioners February 22, 1996, as well as Roberts' Rules of Order.
