Community Development Advisory Board (CDAB)
The Community Development Advisory Board was established to review matters of importance regarding El Paso County's CDBG program and to make recommendations to the Board of County Commissioners concerning community development issues and the use of the funds.

Who can apply for funds?
CDBG funds can be awarded to local jurisdictions and non-profit organizations, but not private individuals.
What can be funded?
Any project or program funded with these federal dollars must meet specific eligibility criteria set HUD, address a local priority need, identified in the County’s Consolidated Plan, and meet a national objective of the program. Please contact us to discuss the eligibility of a specific program or project.
How do I apply?
The 2010 applications will be available on this site beginning October 14th, 2009. Applications are to be submitted electronically and will be due on November 18th, 2009. Be sure to contact us with any questions.
