The Engineering Criteria Manual (ECM), as presented herein, has been completed after a one year implementation and usage period, per the Board of County Commissioner's direction and Resolution. This release, adopted on January 9, 2006, supercedes any previous versions of this manual, and also supercedes the "Subdivision Criteria Manual." Future additions and deletions to the information in this manual will be accomplished under a revision process, as detailed within the ECM. Questions regarding the contents of the manual should be directed to the El Paso County Department of Transportation (EPCDOT). Hard copies of this manual may be purchased for $50 from the EPCDOT. Compact Disk is also available for purchase.
