Q. How do I check on the status of my application?
A. In order to check the status of your application you must contact the department for which the job was posted.
Q. Can I fax or email my application?
A. We accept applications by mail, fax, email or dropped off in our office. The application must be complete to be considered. Resume only submissions will not be accepted. Deputy Sheriff, Security Officer and Access Control Officer applications will only be accepted by mail or in person.
Q. How do I submit an application electronically?
A. The application must be sent as an attachment to the email in Microsoft Word or Adobe format. The applications can be downloaded from this website. A separate email with attached application is needed for each position you wish to apply for. All applications can be sent to employment@elpasoco.com
Q. Do you accept late applications?
A. We do not accept late applications. Please ensure your application is in our office on the closing date and time noted on the posting. Until Filled job postings may close without advanced notice, but will be open for at least 5 business days.
Q. Will I receive a confirmation for an emailed application?
A. Yes. After the application is processed you will receive a confirmation email.
