El Paso County Parks offers a variety of facilities for reservation including picnic pavilions, a wedding gazebo, play fields, tennis courts and an archery range. These facilities may be used on a first-come first-serve basis unless otherwise reserved. See the chart below for facility and fee information.
ONLINE Reservations for 2013 can be made starting Wednesday, January 2nd.

**A commercial event is conducted by promoters/businesses that are using the facility for commercial purposes. Examples include ticketed events; merchandise sales, class instruction, and other for-profit special events.
Gazebo Information
The Gazebo at Fox Run Regional Park is one of the top outdoor wedding venues in the Pikes Peak region. The Gazebo is located at Aspen Lake in the middle of the park. A wooden walkway leads to the covered Gazebo. Electricity is available, however is not guarenteed. Stone seating has been added lake-side to accommodate a larger number of guests.
Play Fields are located in Bear Creek, Black Forest, Fountain Creek and Fox Run Regional Parks. Organized athletic leagues must schedule practice, games and tournaments with the Parks Division.
Bear Creek and Black Forest Regional Parks are host to Tennis Courts. There are 8 tennis courts; 6 are available for reservation.
Bear Creek is also host to 8 archery lanes.
Bear Creek, Black Forest, Fountain Creek, Fox Run and Palmer Lake Regional Parks all have picnic pavilions available for reservation. Information pertaining to the pavilions is listed in the chart below.

Special Events
Special Events are defined as any activities other than “regular picnicking”. Some examples are groups over 200, fundraising events, day camps, picnics involving dunk tanks or bounce houses, weddings on fields and walks/runs on trails. When making your reservation you will be asked a series of questions to help Park Staff determine if your event is a Special Event. If it is determined your event is a Special Event the following may apply.
A Special Event Form must be submitted to El Paso County Parks for all special event permits no less than 30 calendar days prior to the desired event date.
An on-site meeting must be completed no less than two (2) weeks prior to the event.
All Special Events will be charged the regular reservation fee for the facility(s) being used plus the respective Special Event fee.
A damage deposit is required for all Special Events.
All Special Events require a Certificate of Insurance.
