  • To report an emergency, or for answers to road and bridge related questions, call 520-6460
  • If you would like to report a problem such as potholes, signs and signals grader work, drainage, dead animals or other transportation-related problems, you can do it here.
  • Please submit your service request and include your name, email address or daytime phone number, your home address, and a detailed description of the problem. This should include the specific location.  Click here to fill out the form online.
