Call for Instructors: El Paso County CERT welcomes volunteer instructors. Email us if you have experience in the subject matter, or would like to train to be an instructor.
NEXT CERT CLASSES AND COMMUNITY WORKSHOPS: The next regular session of CERT Basic has not be scheduled. Additional sessions of CERT Basic may be arranged by request of neighborhoods or organizations. Email firstname.lastname@example.org for information.
Refresher training for those who have completed the basic CERT course is planned for June 3rd, 2017 from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Details and registration will be posted soon.
Resources in Your Neighborhood: Learn how to organize your neighborhood or organization to be more ready for a disaster, and more resilient afterwards. Visit the regional map to see where CERT members, volunteer amateur (Ham) radio operators, and Neighborhood Watch groups are located throughout the county.
Join the County CERT Team: Individuals who would like to help with public education, special events, or emergency activations are encouraged to join the El Paso County CERT team. Send an email to email@example.com to express your interest, and receive an information packet.
Amateur Radio Operators: Are you a neighborhood resource? Add yourself (your call sign and neighborhood) to the community map to let residents nearby know you're willing to help in an emergency. See the permission form to submit your information and specify what information you would like to share.
