The Baptist Road Rural Transportation Authority (BRRTA) was created to provide a funding mechanism for the design and construction of improvements to Baptist Road. Construction funding has also been made available through the Pikes Peak Rural Transportation Authority, as several projects in the Baptist Road corridor have been identified for construction funding through their program. The BRRTA remains the authority to oversee and direct the planning and design processes to result in safe, efficient and effective improvements for the traveling public in this important roadway corridor.
